August 2025

Having been at the surgery for over 10 years it was quite refreshing that I didn't have to wait an eternity to get through to reception first thing in the morning. I spoke to Carol who was very helpful in dealing with my request, she showed she had listened to and UNDERSTOOD my needs, was very friendly and reassuring.

August 2025

I recently attended Queens Bridge for a doctor's appointment, and while waiting, I witnessed a truly touching interaction. Carole, the receptionist, noticed a patient-who I believe may be a regular-become emotional during their conversation. With great care, Carole immediately brought her tissues, gently consoled her, and then took her to a private space where she spent time listening and offering comfort.

It was a beautiful and heartwarming moment to witness, and a wonderful reflection of the compassion and genuine care shown within the practice.

The service is exceptional.

brilliant.
