These appointments are available at GP practices across City & Hackney.  Patients can book these appointments by contacting their own GP practice during opening hours or by calling NHS 111 when their practice is closed.

Staff at those practices will have access to your medical records to ensure that you receive the best possible care and support.

The Queensbridge Appointment System in context of Covid 19 - updated 29.6.2020.

Routine GP Appointments - Please book online where possible

We encourage those who have internet access to book appointments online by downloading the NHS app to book phone consulations 48 hours in advance. People who have non urgent concerns can also use our online consultation service to assess their symptoms and receive a call back from the GP the next working day.

Alternatively to request a GP phone appointment you can telephone before 10.30 am for a same day appoitment.

We operate a 'usual GP' system - to try and promote continuity. Where possible please request to see the GP who has been supporting you with your condition. If you are unsure who your allocated GP is please ask the reception team and they will be happy to assist.

Urgent Medical Problems (Duty Doctor service)

If you have an urgent medical problem, please be aware we have a duty doctor (who is always available to discuss urgent medical problems) Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 18:30. Urgent medical problems do not include: repeat prescriptions, sick notes, non-NHS services (eg, insurance forms, letters, etc)

Out of Hours - When the surgery is closed

If you need urgent advice or you feel so ill that you cannot wait for us to open please call 111 - they will assess your problem and, if required, arrange a face-face appointment.
