Queensbridge Group Practice are delighted to offer Patient Access to its patients. To start using the service, please ask for an Access Form when you next visit the practice. You will be asked to show a form of identification, because your medical records will be available to you by March 2017 using the system, and we want to be sure that only the patient can view this information.
Patient Access lets you use the on-line services Queensbridge Group Practice provides.
These include arranging appointments, repeat medication, viewing your Allergies and Immunisations records and updating your details.
Currently not all appointments are available online. The appointments available include Nursing and Blood Test appointments. In due course more appointments will be released.
